Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) is the national authority entrusted with the mission to ensure a resilient supply of safe food, ensure the health and safeguard the welfare of animals, fish and plants. AVA also develops Singapore into a regional hub of excellence for agrotechnology and agri-business.
We love creating illustrations; great and small, in all shapes and sizes. In the Guide to Service Excellence handbook, we created colourful and cheerful illustrative style characters with humour and linear simplicity. Afterall, excellent customer service always start with a smile.
